I am a qualified karuna yoga teacher. I trained with
Ruth White
in 2002 for 2 years . The style of yoga I teach was originally inspired
by the work of B. K .S Iyengar. It is an approach to the yoga practice
with emphasis on alignment of the spine and balance, strength and flexibility
of the mind and body. Originally a holistic practitioner for twenty
years, I have developed a therapeutic approach to my yoga teaching.
My main goal is to give my students a more positive and healthy outlook
on life and to adopt a less stressful state of mind, body and spirit.
